Hi,
there is nothing special on that part.
There are no difficult overhangs or bridges, just straight walls.

It must be something with the slicer settings or problem with the printer.

What slicer do you use?
With the PrusaSlicer (or SuperSlicer), there can be problem with the gap fill function ...

Informations about tension springs, used for the Cromwell suspensions.

In the assembly guide (version 1.0.6_EN) , the diameter of the spring is 7.5-8 mm.
Over time, i found that the 7mm outer diameter is ideal.

Springs with the 8mm diameter can touch the side panels, they can be scratched, they ...

This was one of the first tests of that machine.
As you can see, there is one smooth rod and one threaded rod, for the cutter.
Now i have two smooth rods and one threaded rod in the center.
Have added box for electronics, reworked program and the machine is much faster now.

SMD LED diodes, type 5630 are used on all current 1/16 scale tanks by Warprints.

I use LTW-5630AQL30 by LITEON.

My very first Hetzer.Scale 1/16.
This one was builded without openable hatches.

Octopus camo, painted with Ammo by Mig Jimenez.

Used PET(G) for the big inner body parts.
Other parts was printed with ASA.
Wheels with FLEX.

Someone may have a different opinion, but i am not recommending PLA at all.
I dont use PLA never, on any tank.

Its strong, but brittle material.Not flexible at all.
Definitely not suitable for Hetzer suspension springs or Cromwell turret motor holder.
Printed parts looks nice.Its very easy to print ...

For all 1/16 scale track pins, you can use classic garden wire (diameter 0,8mm).
You can find this wire easily (Hardware stores or google).

Anyway, its not easy to cut 200 pieces of wire with the same lenght.
